Gumpkritik

Geht doch ;-)
Ich frage mich, warum man erstmal rumreden muss, bevor es sachlich wird?
Ich möchte das hier nochmal mit auf den Weg geben, ich hoffe jeder ist des Englischen mächtig, da das exakt ausdrückt, wie Grafiker das mit ihren Grafiken händeln in punkto Kritik an anderen Grafikern oder in punkto Kritik, die sie selber an anderen üben:

My style was to always offer up one positive - something I'd like to put in my own art, something I like, or something I wish I had thought of, and one "negative" - something I would have done differently.
I pretty much just nod and throw in "good idea" or "I'll try that" Then, take the information and implement it later or not.
Some peoples opinions are more important than others. If your boss says "well, I think it needs *insert fix here*"....mmm you should do it. But if someone walking past goes "ohh, he would be cooler with a smiley face eyes!!!", well, you can digest that later and evaluate if you agree or not.
Basically, everyone in the critique is working towards the same goal.... making the piece of art better (or fit better into what it is needed for). But, in the end, the one actually doing it is you and you have the final call (though, dismissing your boss could get you fired haha).
As for "negative" comments - either agree, if you do, with like "Oh cool, didn't think of that," or, "Didn't see that, good idea," etc.
If you disagree, offer up your reason, ask what they think of your reasoning. Ultimately, art is purely subjective. One man's opinion of why a piece doesn't work is another's reason to put it up in the gallery. Critique is really just a big opportunity to see your piece from a number of other perspectives, what will happen once you let go of your art and it's in the hands of the viewer. Or the eyes... whatever.

Ich habe nichts gegen Kritik, aber ich erwarte, dass diese fundiert, sachlich und mit Alternativvorschlägen erbracht wird, jedoch, wie und ob ich am Ende die Vorschläge umsetze obliegt alleine mir.
Empfinde ich einen Vorschlag als angebracht, werde ich diesen umsetzen, wenn ich der Meinung bin, dass der Gump so in Ordnung ist, dann wird er auch so bleiben. Letztlich habe ich damit die Arbeit und keiner sonst.
Verletzende, unqualifizierte, oder unfundierte Kritik wird ab nun von mir einfach ignoriert, sachliche wird willkommen geheissen, alternative, selbstgezeichnete Gumps auch (Vorsicht, ich erkenne ausgeschnibbeltes recht gut und habe die meisten Games, wo mans hernehmen kann gespielt^^). Aber wirklich selbstgezeichnete, die stilistisch zum Rest passen. Ich möchte keinen ungeordneten Grafikhaufen haben, wo man bestenfalls das einfügt, was man gerade "hipp" findet und am Ende eigentlich nix bei rumkommt. Genau deshalb bleibt der Stil ein und derselbse.
